I hope you’ve all had a wonderful week. If you have time this evening have a think of what healthy meals you can cook this week and what days you are going to exercise. Before going to bed each night lie on your bed and do some bedtime yoga. (Some simple stretches lying on the bed before sleep is easy to fit into your daily life and really beneficial.
