Return/refund/Cancellation Policy

A 48hr cancellation policy applies to ALL bookings and your deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.


Should you no show for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours you will lose that session with us.

SPA  TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The spa reserves the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary

  • Please note that treatment time includes medical consultation, set up and your chosen treatment

  • All treatment re-arrangements will be subject to alternative availability

  • In keeping with the UK law, the Spa applies a strictly non-smoking policy within its confines or on external parameters

  • We request that mobile phones are kept on silent or switched off in the spa

  • We would request that all tablets and pagers are switched off/on silent during your visit. We are happy to relay any messages via the Spa reception

  • No photography is permitted in the changing areas and/or on poolside

  • You may be required to remove jewellery for treatments; we therefore advise that you choose to leave jewellery at home

  • will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability

  • Please note guests suffering from any heart conditions, high blood pressure or are pregnant will be unable to use any of our heat experiences

We respect your concerns about privacy and value the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect about our customers, how we use this information, with whom we share it, and the rights of our customers regarding our use of this information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information, how long we retain it and how our customers can contact us about our privacy practices and how to exercise their rights.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller is Sky Spa Wellness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12399310 and having it’s registered office at 6 High Street, Barry, CF627DZ.

We may obtain personal data about you from various sources. We collect this information when you provide it at one of our stores, on our website, via our social media pages, when you download one of our mobile applications (either via Apple iOS or Android) onto your mobile device or at one of our events. When you visit this site, our social media pages or use services or features of one of our mobile applications, we also collect certain information about your device or usage by automated means, including using technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons

How We Use the Information

We will use the information you provide to:

  • Send you promotional materials or other communications if you so elect

  • Provide the products or services you (or your company) have requested and operate features on our site

  • Process your payment card transactions and/or gift card transactions

  • Create and manage your online account, including access to your online and in-store purchase history

  • Create a profile about you based on the information you provided to us in order to tailor our advertisements to your interests, find your appropriate skin or hair care routine and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts

  • Assist with product selection and replenishment

  • Chat with you or respond to your inquiries

  • Post your product reviews

  • Tailor ads displayed to you on our site and elsewhere to your interests and history with us

  • Communicate with you about, and administer your participation in, special events, contests, sweepstakes, loyalty programs, surveys and other offers

  • Operate and communicate with you about our social network pages or mobile applications

  • Operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new products and services; enhancing and improving our services; managing our communications; analyzing our products; performing data analytics and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions)

We also may use the information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection. The information collected is necessary for the purposes set forth above. Without this information, you may not be able to take advantage of some of our products or services.

Legal Basis for Our Use of the Information

We will use the information you provide for the above purposes if:

  • it is necessary to perform a contract to which you are party (e.g., to process your payment and deliver the products you have ordered); or

  • we have obtained your consent; or if

  • we have a legitimate interest in doing so (including a legitimate interest in performing marketing activities, research activities, data analytics, internal administration functions, processing and enforcing legal claims and conducting our business in compliance with all applicable laws, relevant industry standards and our policies).

 

 

 

 

Return/ refund/ cancellation

 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product. 

 

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. Products ordered from 1st March 2020 with a valid receipt can be returned up to 30 days following their purchase date. 

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. 

We advise that all online returns can be made using the complimentary returns service as indicated above (Return Options). This includes any faulty or damaged goods. If for any reason you wish to use an alternative returns method to the complimentary service provided, this may incur an additional charge, which will be at your own expense and not applicable for reimbursement.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods (i) made to your specification; or (ii) which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved); or (iii) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or (iv) where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

Your Rights If There Is A Problem With A Product

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible to ensure prompt resolution. Contact us or please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials, including packing note and all items received, for inspection.
