About Hollie Sky
Hollie Sky creates unique healing experiences that bring together nature, movement, music, sound, joy and connection.
With over two decades of experience within the wellness industry, Hollie has managed spas, built and run her own wellness centres, taught massage and supported thousands of people through their own wellbeing journeys.
Over the years, she has gathered knowledge and experience across massage, yoga, fitness, nutrition, somatics, sound healing, therapeutic DJing, breathwork, meditation and intuitive practice — bringing it all together to create her own unique approach to healing and embodied wellness.
From creating intimate retreats at Sky Spa in Barry and Golden Grove Retreat in Carmarthenshire,
to being invited to facilitate retreats, festivals and wellness experiences around the world, Hollie creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and come home to themselves.
Alongside her retreats and healing experiences, Hollie teaches massage and has created her signature Embodied Practitioner Course — sharing the tools, wisdom and lived experience she has gathered throughout her career to help practitioners become more intuitive, embodied and connected in their work.
This is Hollie Sky Healing Arts — a coming together of everything Hollie has learned, experienced and embodied over the past 20+ years.
