Step away from the noise of everyday life and join me for an immersive evening of connection, movement, nourishment and deep rest. We’ll journey through: 🌿 Breathwork — release, regulate and reconnect with your body 🧘‍♀️ Yoga — gentle, embodied movement to bring you into the present moment ✨ Meditation — quiet the mind and create space within 📖 Journaling — reflect, release and listen to what’s really going on inside 🍽️ Nourishing Dinner — slow down and share food together 🔔 Sound Bath & Energy Healing — receive, restore and deeply relax 🍵 Tea & Cake — a little sweetness, connection and time to simply be A space to put the outside world down for a few hours, come home to your body and reconnect with you.
