Nurturing Yoga is a deeply restorative practice that promotes relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace. By holding poses for longer periods, it allows for deep release in the body and mind. Mats, yoga blocks, pillows & blankets all provided. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If suitable notice is not given then the we hold the right to issue no refunds, due to the limited time given to fill the vacated time slot and subsequent revenue lost by the team and The Wellness Centre.
