Osteopathy is a holistic, whole body treatment and with this in mind our Osteopath David Langdon, at Sky Spa Wellness Centre, in Barry looks to treat more than your presenting symptoms.  At Langdon Osteopathy the aim is to look at the whole picture and to help you through the initial, often acutely painful phase of your injury, to managing your recovery and rehabilitation so that you can return back to your normal life or even help to improve your health and well-being to levels higher than when you first visit.

To do this Langdon Osteopathy offers a number of different complementary treatment modalities, which can be used individually or in harmony with each other, including sports massage, acupuncture, kinesio taping, personal training & nutrition advice. This allows us to modify our treatment plans according to our client’s needs.

David is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) in accordance with the Osteopaths Act 1993 and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). He is also a registered specialist practitioner with the following major health insurance providers:
