As the light returns and the longest night of the year invites us inward, join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice experience designed to soothe your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.
This 2-hour event blends gentle, nurturing yoga with a powerful, immersive sound bath meditation, creating a sacred space for healing, and renewal. The movement is calming, accessible to all levels, and intentionally paced to help you settle into the stillness of the season.
