Join me, Hollie Sky for a morning of Fun Fitness, Yoga, Meditation, Sea Dip & Mindful Walk.

Meeting Point will be at Sky Spa Wellness Centre to leave the cars and enjoy a welcome Immune Boosting Shot. We will walk together to Watchtower Bay where we will enjoy some Beach Yoga, Meditation, optional Sea Dip and mindful walk back to The Wellness Centre.

These sessions will be held every 3rd Sunday of the month. 

Items to bring:

- Rucksack with bathers and towel, or wear them under your clothes and optional dry robe.

- Bottle of water

(dont worry about bringing a yoga mat as we will be embracing the sand between our toes) 

- all personal belongings can be kept safe in the Wellness Cente, which is our meeting point.
