About the event
SweatFest™ is the fitness, health and well-being festival for the whole family.
We have a full range of classes during the dayt including RiKaSysTemZ, Zumba, Clubbercise, Boxing & Much more.
The well-being tent is run by Hollie Sky owner of Sky Spa Wellness Centre, there will be a full variety of yoga sessions, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, hypnotherpy, reiki, massage, holistic therapies & much more.
We also have a children's tent where the little ones can take part in some classes adapted for them and also take part in some other activities too, such as singing, musical instrument playing through storytime. There will bouncy castles, games and more for the kids to get involved with.
Then we have the Battleground where the competition really takes place. Gyms competing against one another in a battle of strength and fitness. Individuals can also enter into this as a team or stand alone.
There will be a variety of stall holders and delicious healthy food, juices & coffe.
