Unique experience that will build over 5 gatherings throughout October, November and December. 

Their mission is for you to receive simple practices to incorporate into your daily life to help you feel empowered to be the best version of you.  

Being aware life is NOW and that you are not separate from anything or anyone. 

What does it mean to be an Energetic Being in a Physical Body? 

What techniques and tools do you acquire to help you navigate through the Winter?  

How may you use the seasons, planet alignments, yoga, healthy eating and more to empower you? 

 Become consciously aware of the energies playing within and around you.  Give yourself permission to flow and create during potent energy portals.  Use them positively and learn about you and the magical planet you are born from.  

The dates for the 5 sessions are;

Each session (gathering) is £22. Please pay cash on the evening.

What to expect at each gathering;

• Oracle /Tarot/Angel Card Reading
• Opening Breathwork 
•  Different Yoga Practice each session 
•  Meditation to open your mind  
• Staying aware of your energy and how you are BE-ing (Talk)
• How are the energies playing within and around you (Talk) 
• Closing Meditation to ground into your body and integrate the evening 
• Ceremonial Cacao, Nurturing Snack & Q&A's

You will revive a Guide (booklet) to help you to remember your unique experience with us and to remind you of how you FELT when you were feeling supported, accepted, loved and empowered. You will also receive an in app

"21 Day Healthy Habits Challenge" containing yoga flows, recipes, meditations & more.
