Ayurveda Taster Evening

Hollie & Joanna will be running four retreats in 2023 centred on the health and education of mind, body & soul.

If your are interested in booking on to one of the retreats, you can pop along to this taster evening and find out more. You will learn about Ayurveda and discover your personal constitution and elemental balance (Dosha) you will also be guided through a self performed step by step Aveda Facial which will be customised to your elemental nature (dosha) followed with an Ayurvedic Snack and Aveda Comforting Tea. 

If you decide to pay a deposit for one of next years retreats your entry ticket will be deducted from the deposit.
