Your journey begins with guided breathwork and a gentle Palo Santo cleanse, allowing you to drop out of the mind and into the body. Together, we set a clear intention for your healing, opening space for release, clarity, and a deep energetic reset. You are then immersed in the grounding rhythm of shamanic drumming as the body begins to soften and the nervous system starts to unwind. Tuning forks and Tibetan bowls are gently placed on and around the body, allowing healing vibrations to travel deep through the tissues, helping to rebalance energy centres, release stored tension, and support emotional release. As the journey deepens, you are guided into a fully immersive sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, shakers, ocean drum, rain sticks and other sacred instruments. The gong’s deep resonance vibrates through the entire body, creating a powerful internal massage that can be felt on a cellular level—helping to shift stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and bring the whole system back into harmony. As healing frequencies wash over you, the body is guided into deep rest, the mind into stillness, and the nervous system into regulation.
