Shwmae! Huw here from ‘Iron Men Therapy’, a new male-friendly hypnotherapy service available at Sky Spa Wellness Centre every Monday night between 18:00-21:00 on Barry High Street. Self-help and emotional awareness is the new ‘masculine’ and Iron Men Therapy is here to give you that space and time to bleed, whether tackling stress, curbing your smoking habit or sports & concentration related anxieties. We can help you with – Overeating Habits Anxiety & Depression Quitting Smoking Fears & Phobias Stress Management Low Self Esteem & Confidence Improving Athleticism Reducing Anger & Irritability Reducing Overwhelming Feelings Increasing Concentration Ability Confrontation management And more….. Iron Men Therapy offers a FREE 15-minute phone chat to help you find out more about whether hypnotherapy is right for you and to discuss treatment options going forward. All sessions are approx. 55-75 minutes long which includes a mini counselling session at a rate of £45 a session, with sessions open for both men and women over the age of 18 years old. . Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice. If suitable notice is not given then the self employed practitioners hold the right to issue no refunds, due to the limited time given to fill the vacated time slot and subsequent revenue lost by the team and The Wellness Centre.
