Insufficient sleep/poor sleep quality has been linked to increased risk of chronic health conditions, weakened immune function, hormonal imbalances and metabolic disregulation, impared cognitive function, fatigue, changes in mood and reduced ability to cope with stress. In this session we will look at how vital sleep is for your overall well-being, exploring your sleep routine and where essential oils can be utilised alongside simple wellness practises to improve sleep. We will make up a sleep spray tailored to your needs, that you can implement in your nightly routine. This session will include a 20 minute free check in session - in person or via the phone to see how you are getting on. Stress Stress is a major contributor to poor health in current times and many and many unexplained symptoms being expressed through the body can be related to stress. Reducing our stress levels is a crucial step towards improved health and well-being. In this session we will look at areas you would like to address in regard to stress and your specific stressors; how therapeutic grade essential oils can be used as a powerful tool to help with stress resilience and promote feelings of calm. We will make up a personalised blend to help alleviate feelings of stress. Reducing negative emotions and promoting positive emotions through the energetics of the essential oils. This session will include a free 20 minute check in session - in person or via the phone to see how you are getting on.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice. If suitable notice is not given then the self employed practitioners hold the right to issue no refunds, due to the limited time given to fill the vacated time slot and subsequent revenue lost by the team and The Wellness Centre.
