Service Description

The Aroma Light Touch Massage is a gentle, yet powerful therapy which utilises the beneficial qualities of therapeutic grade essential oils with light touch massage, creating an overall wellness experience. This technique addresses common negative factors that can influence wellbeing, helping the body return to homeostasis. The benefits of AromaTouch include: - Reduce stress and soothes the nervous system - Reduce inflammation - Immune support - Restore balance, tranquillity and homeostasis in the body. The AromaTouch uses a light, continuous touch that soothes the nervous system, bringing you into a state of deep relaxation. The massage will include the application of carefully selected essential oils to the back and feet. Your session will include a 45 minute AromaTouch experience followed by a free 15 minute essential oil discovery session. Where you will be able to explore the benefits of therapeutic grade essential oils and experience their aroma. Please advise via the booking form if you are pregnant or have any health concerns that may prevent you from lying on your stomach during the treatment. The treatment may be adapted but prior notice is required.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice. If suitable notice is not given then the self employed practitioners hold the right to issue no refunds, due to the limited time given to fill the vacated time slot and subsequent revenue lost by the team and The Wellness Centre.
