Sky Spa Wellness welcomes you into a safe, nurturing space where we come together to cultivate community, connection, love, support, and healing. Hollie Sky will gently guide the session, beginning with a Surrender Yoga flow—inviting you to explore where your body is calling for nurture and where it’s ready to release. Following the practice, you’ll be cocooned in soothing sound, immersed in healing frequencies and vibrations, before transitioning into our supportive women’s circle.
