Full Moon Surrender Yoga & Soundbath

Surrender into stillness and allow yourself to be held.

This deeply nourishing session weaves together intuitive yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath to guide you out of the mind and back into the body. You’ll be invited to soften, release tension, and let go of anything you’ve been holding onto—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

As the body unwinds through intuitive movement, the soundscape of crystal bowls, gongs, tibetan bowl, chimes, and soothing frequencies will wash over you, calming the nervous system and restoring inner balance. This is your space to pause, to breathe, and to simply be.
